We had a very short walk to Petra’s entrance, and the food was great. Everyone on staff, from the wait staff to management, was great as well. A special thanks to the management team for going above and beyond when we left items behind in our rooms. I’ve got family coming to Petra soon and will highly recommend H hotel to them. Thank you!

Being so close to the Petra gate was great, but a loud clicking noise in the room kept me up most of the night. The front desk staff member was friendly, but crossed boundaries and was a little too familiar. On his day off, he showed up to offer us rides, then called my friend’s room to ask if she wanted to hang out. We’re both women and married, and it made us very uncomfortable. Maybe it was a cultural difference, but it still felt uncomfortable.

We could see Petra’s entrance from our balcony, and the location is excellent for visiting Petra. The room was really decent. After hiking, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 🥾

I was in a room beside the staff elevator, and it made a horrible metallic noise. I called reception many times from 21 hs until 2230 hs. At first someone came, heard the noise, and said they would resolve it. That was a big lie, because nothing changed and the elevator was in use all night. Please don’t lie to clients!

The room was good and the hotel looks nice, but the food was absolutely abysmal. The plates were cold, and so were the supposedly hot dishes. It was the last thing we needed after a long trip. I’m so glad we only stayed one night.
