The jeep tour through Wadi Rum was breathtaking, one of those experiences you remember forever. As a photographer and filmmaker, I especially appreciated Ahmad showing us specific spots. Feel free to check my IG for the tour videos, @florianbrioude. Rum Planet Camp was by far the highlight of our trip to Jordan. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and fully eco-responsible, and I felt completely at peace for two days. Ahmad’s hospitality is on another level. We felt more like old friends than guests. And the food was honestly the best we had anywhere in Jordan. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Thank you, Rum Planet Camp!

On the six-hour jeep tour, Ahmad's brother showed us many sides of the desert, and we got to explore this amazing area so well. Ahmad also knows a lot about the desert, Bedouin customs, and especially the stars, and was happy to share and answer questions. We felt at home from the moment we were warmly welcomed. The facilities were clean and in good condition, and the food was excellent. I hope we get the chance to visit again.

After dinner, Ahmad gives a short astronomy talk about the meaning and role of the constellations that still shape the Beduin way of life. The buffet features homemade dishes and was a real culinary delight. Ahmad, his family, and team bring together passion and professionalism. Their hospitality is first-class, the camp is well maintained and very clean, and the surrounding area is amazing. Highly recommended.

It was a fantastic place, and you can drive there in your own car from the main road. At other places, it was really hard to bargain over accommodation, forced services, and extra costs. They seemed to offer better services, but required you to pay for a 2days trip at some unclear price, ???? (No 1 know). Everything at Rum Planet Camp was clear. Thank you for breakfast!!!

We had the whole place to ourselves on our family trip, when we stayed a night in Feb 26. The host and staff were so friendly, and the tents were comfortable with good facilities. The food was outstanding. We took a 2 hr 4x4 tour, watched the sunset, and went stargazing after dark. Absolutely fantastic.
