The staff were kind, which is a shame because so much needs fixing. The AC doesn’t work and the towels were dirty. The bubbles aren’t finished: half have no fence, and everything about them seems badly done. Even though there’s plenty of work to do, the whole staff were lying in the main rent doing nothing. Hashim was kind and helpful until you gave him money. As soon as you enter camp, he asks for cash in hand without a bill. He doesn’t listen to what you want, he just waits for you to take out your wallet. This isn’t a legit story. Maybe the other problems wouldn’t matter so much if we didn’t feel tricked.

The bubbles didn’t look like the pictures, and the air conditioner didn’t work at all. It was 50 C inside. The owner was polite at first, then became rude as soon as we paid. This is definitely a camp to avoid, go somewhere else! We booked through Booking. The owner picked us up and immediately asked us to cancel the Booking reservation and pay him in cash. He’s a total scam, and everything around him is a scam. He has fake reviews on Booking.

Sleeping out in the desert was an amazing experience, and I really recommend it. I stayed for one night and loved the place. Hesham and all the staff were very friendly, and they offer plenty of activities, including stargazing, camel riding and drives into the desert.

The dogs barked all night, and the room had dirty towels. The toilet flush didn’t work properly, and the AC wasn’t working either. When I asked them to fix it, they did nothing. I had a really unpleasant experience with Hisham. He only cares about money and doesn’t want to hear what you want. I’d definitely skip this camp!

The sunset was amazing, the local food was good, and we had a lovely room. My husband and I had a wonderful night under the stars, with jeep and camel tours too. A great experience we’ll never forget.
