The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. There are convenience stores and a few diners nearby too.

The service was fantastic, and breakfast was much better than I expected. The hotel itself seems old and dated, with rooms that are just okay, though it’s very conveniently located for the train.

The rooms feel very old, with decor I’d call threadbare, and I think there are better options. I’ve had the misfortune of staying here twice for work. Both times I specifically requested a nonsmoking room but was assigned a smoking room. When I asked the front desk to move me, they were very unaccommodating.

I’m back at castle plaza and having a wonderful time again. The staff are efficient and friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are always clean. Well done plaza hotel, and well done castle plaza for such a grand welcome.

The outlets are awkwardly far from the bed, and the bathroom has mold on both the walls and floor. There’s an old smell, too. The stained carpet and moldy bathroom floor made the room feel pretty disgusting, and I didn’t want to walk around barefoot.
