Hotel Prefort Nishiakashi

We loved the room, the best one of our whole Japan trip. The service was wonderful too, and we’d happily stay again. It’s right by both a 7-11 and a train station, which was a big plus.

The lounge was a lovely place to relax, with complimentary coffee, seasonal cakes, and even wine from Akashi. Breakfast was another highlight, with around 30 Japanese and Western options, including Akashiyaki and tai-meshi. Hotel Prefort Nishi-Akashi is only a 30-second walk from JR Nishi-Akashi Station, which made getting around very easy. My room was spacious at 17.5㎡, with a comfortable Serta mattress. I also liked having a separate bathroom with a washing area, and the micro-nano bubble showerhead was a nice surprise. There’s an amenity buffet where you can choose toiletries, bath salts, and skincare products. The room also had free Wi-Fi, complimentary VOD, and a humidifying air purifier. Free parking through nearby facilities was convenient, too. The service, rooms, and thoughtful extras made for a really comfortable stay. Hotel Prefort Nishi-Akashi exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The slippers here are better than the Hilton’s, which I didn’t expect. My room was clean, spacious for a business hotel, quiet, and simple. There’s free coffee all day, and free parking a few minutes’ walk away. I was in Akashi for business and chose this place. For the price and location, it felt a bit expensive for a business hotel.

I could see the Shinkansen tracks from my room, but never heard the trains thanks to the good insulation. The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed. Convenient spot near the station, and the staff were professional and polite.
