The view from my room was breathtaking. It's a tall building, and the hotel is well maintained. Check-in and checkout were quick during my one-day stay. I wanted to try the breakfast since all the guests praised it, but I couldn't this time. I'll definitely come back.

We really liked the breakfast, especially the fresh pancake machine, and the in-room amenities were better than average. The towels were plush, the shower pressure was great, and the hair dryer worked well. Parking on site for 1000 yen a day was handy for getting around by car. The mold, though, seriously affected our stay. There was a lot of it on the air conditioner, which blows air straight into the room, and seeing it there made us uncomfortable using it. We also found mold in the bathroom, suggesting a wider moisture and deep-cleaning problem. The hotel has a good foundation, but the mold needs urgent attention before we can recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient, and the staff and service were great. But the place needs a proper renovation. Everything looks worn down, and the floor carpets seemed about 30 years old and were really dusty. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with asthma or respiratory issues.

I attended a graduation ceremony at Asian Contribution Hospitality College on 2025march 18th. The setup was really nice, and there was a great variety of food. The employees were helpful, and every Asian student served together with a Japanese teacher. I had a wonderful time. Great service 🥰

The rooms are pretty basic and old-fashioned, so don't expect anything modern or cozy. The lobby makes a much stronger impression, and the breakfast was good, with traditional Japanese food. Miyako Hotel Amagasaki is in a convenient spot near Amagasaki Station. I'd recommend it with those room expectations in mind.
