Tsubaki House

This is a completely private, entire-house rental villa! The view from the incredibly spacious wooden deck is absolutely breathtaking and truly refreshing! At night, you can enjoy blissful moments chatting and drinking under the moonlight. The village across the river, with its beautiful nighttime lights, is also stunning. The interior is clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. With free Wi-Fi, Hulu, and even karaoke, you can have a big party without worrying about disturbing others, or simply relax. Even rainy days are enjoyable! The facilities are ample (especially the large-capacity refrigerator!), making it perfect for long-term stays. We hope many people will consider using this villa, whether it's a family outing, a group of friends, or a business trip requiring an extended stay! You won't find many other places this wonderful!

From National Route 55, head towards Gamoda Cape for 20 minutes. After traversing a mountain road, you'll see Tsubaki Bay spread out before you, and the villa will come into view on the left side of the hilltop. It's right along the road, so it's easy to spot. This is a private villa available for rent, with Tsubaki Bay directly in front and the Pacific Ocean to the right. There are no other houses nearby, ensuring complete privacy! The white villa features a wooden deck, three Japanese-style rooms, and one living/dining/kitchen area. All rooms have ocean views! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. Of course, there's a refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom and toilet have been renovated and are very clean. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer. There's ample parking space for 3-4 cars. You can also have a barbecue! 10-person and 4-5 person barbecue grills are available for free! Descending down from the hilltop, you'll find a private beach where you can enjoy tide pooling in the summer and fishing all year round. However, the last 20 meters or so before descending to the beach is quite challenging (lol). From the villa, it's about a 5-minute walk to Gamoda Onsen, and about 10 minutes to the white lighthouse at Cape Gamoda, the easternmost point of Shikoku. It's perfect for close-knit families or groups of 5-6 friends. The price is also reasonable at 18,000 yen + tax for renting the entire villa!

The night sky out here felt special, and the sea and sky opened up in front of us with an incredible view. The cottage was clean and comfortable for our January stay with eight friends. We'd happily come back. Thank you!

Even with the rain during our visit, we could still enjoy eating in the covered barbecue area. It seems like good value for a stay with family or close friends, and there are enough amenities for a longer visit, including karaoke, a smart TV, and electronic payment. The owner also replies to questions quickly and clearly.
