Art Hotel Color Aomori

Getting around was easy, with Aomori station less than a 10-minute walk away and plenty of places to eat along the way. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. I also enjoyed the lovely indoor and outdoor Onsen, complimentary massage chairs, and snacks.

The two reception staff working the evening of 9th Dec were a huge help when I needed to arrange luggage delivery before my flight the next day. They really went out of their way to find a solution, and I’m so grateful to them. My room was clean and nicely equipped, and the onsen was good too. There was late-night soba and free snacks at the onsen. A very enjoyable short stay in Aomori. Thank you to the Dormy Inn team.

It was easy to get around Aomori from here, with plenty of places to eat and visit nearby. Check-in went smoothly. The amenities were a big plus: free laundry, a resting lounge, natural hot spring onsen-do, and a free massage chair. They also had ice cream and snacks, plus free ramen from 9.30pm-11.00pm. Breakfast was great too.

The self-service machines made check-in and checkout quick, and the hotel felt like really good value. It was clean, and breakfast had a generous, varied selection. I’ve never had fresh scallops for breakfast at this price point. The positive reviews about this Dormy Inn seem genuine. It could be one of the best in the Dormy Inn Chain Hotels, and I’d recommend it.
