The common room has what you need, and the in-house cafe is handy for a bite or a drink. The facilities were great, and the solo cabins, especially the larger one, had plenty of room. Whether you're on your own or with a group, it's easy to feel at home here. The other guests were polite, and the staff were some of the best I've experienced. Thanks for a great stay!

The reading room was just right, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had a perfect few days of relaxation at the Maruya. Recommended.

The private room with three beds was comfortable, and upstairs there's a cosy library along with a kitchen and a guest-only onsen for 600¥ per person. The staff were stylish, very friendly, polite, and patient despite the language barrier. The one downside was that the hallways smelled like feet.

The staff were friendly, but I didn't have a good stay and the price felt completely unjustified. For a capsule hotel, it was very expensive, yet towels weren't included. I had to lay out the futon before bed and take off the sheets myself in the morning. I've stayed in much cheaper capsule hostels with better service. The owners control the air conditioning, and the guest rooms were far too warm and dry while the washbasin area was freezing.
