Good value for the money. The room is spacious, and although the hotel is older, it's very clean and has a great view. The staff are friendly and communicate well in English.

We stayed for two days and found the place clean. The building looks old, perhaps built in the 1980s or 1990s, but the cleanliness was good. You can use the onsen water in your room's bathroom as well as the public bath. The rooftop has plenty of free parking, but check in advance whether you can use it. During certain periods, like the fireworks festival, parking apparently isn't free. Atami Station is about a 15-minute walk away, though there's a big difference in elevation to consider. In summer especially, you might want to take a taxi or public bus.

We had a really good stay and would come back. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, with an amazing view, although the room felt a little dated.
