The room was fine, but check-in took a while. It’s a nice spot by the waterfront, though it’s not close to many major bus stops, so you have to go to the station. I’d stay again, but I’d research restaurants and onsen myself ahead of time instead of asking the front desk for local recommendations.

A top-notch business hotel, and the location is very convenient. Yume Town Beppu is nearby, and both Beppu Station and Higashi-Beppu Station are within walking distance. I stayed for two days, and motorcycle gangs rode along National Route 10 right in front of the hotel both nights, which was really annoying. If that would bother you, bring earplugs or ask for a room farther from Route 10.
