Living CUBE Beppu Station Annex

I would never give this guesthouse another chance, and I can’t recommend it. Our child was diagnosed with the flu and couldn’t travel abroad as planned. We contacted the guesthouse several days ahead and explained the situation sincerely. At first they wouldn’t refund us, but eventually agreed to postpone the stay. We cooperated and suggested moving it to the following year. Then the owner began making excuses, saying repairs might take six months or that the guesthouse might be closed for another six months. In the end, they went back on their promise and refused both a new date and a refund. They showed no regard for keeping their word to customers. The owner didn’t take the promise seriously, and the way this was handled felt deeply disrespectful and irresponsible, with no service spirit at all.
