Blue Steak Wonder Chatan

The location worked really well for us, with the seawall and plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. American Village was about a five-minute drive, and Kadena was very close, just across the street from the main road. Parking was free for one car, with an option to pay for another. We stayed 12 nights and had all the space and amenities we needed, especially the kitchen and separate living area. It came with plates, utensils, pots and pans, a kettle, microwave, stove, and other kitchen tools, as well as a washer-dryer combo. The self check-in was smooth, though staff came out to help us with a few details. Staff were kind throughout. They told us when housekeeping would come, left the room immaculate, and reception were always responsive and informative. I recommend it if you need extra room and a kitchen.

After arriving in port on my Navy Ship, I stayed here for 2 nights. It was easy to find, the room was extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful. I couldn’t call the number from my phone, so they even ordered an on-base taxi for my departure. Wish I’d had more time to stay.

We spent several weeks here after arriving on the island while we waited to secure housing, and had a wonderful time. The staff were kind, courteous, and responsive, and they stayed helpful and understanding as our plans changed several times. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are well appointed. We’d highly recommend it, including to our own family when they come to visit.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel myself, but I coordinated our company’s stay with the staff at Blue Steak Wonder Okinawa Chatan. They were very responsive throughout, and the location suited the places our workers needed to go. Their customer service was so good that we’ll definitely stay with them in the future.
