The pool’s sunset views were incredible, and we could watch the weekly fireworks from the hotel. It was magical. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. We loved the included tea time and snacks, and free wine, beer, and soft drinks made the stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. Our room was immaculate and serviced perfectly every day, with fresh towels and everything we needed. The whole team, from check-in to the restaurant, was friendly, welcoming, and professional. One of our best stays ever, and we’re already planning to return.

The location was my main reason for booking. The hotel is central to American Village, about 12 minutes from the beach, 4 minutes from Lawsons, and 10 minutes from Sushiro. There’s also a nearby bus stop for Naha. I stayed about two weeks in a Premier Ocean View room with Club Service for my fifth wedding anniversary. The room was huge, more like an apartment, and the AC worked very well. I could hear cars and restaurants outside, but closing the wood divider helped. I liked the bath, products, minibar, and TVs. We watched alice in borderlands, haha. The automatic light in the coat area was annoying when I was half asleep. The pillows felt cheap and flimsy, especially for 500€ a night. The bed and pillows at the W Osaka were so comfortable, and MB didn’t compare. I deducted a star for that. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked the welcome drink, aperitif, and tea time. Breakfast was good, but could have offered more variety. The pool closes at 7pm, which felt too early. I also don’t like having to book breakfast with the room. We skipped some days, but the hotel price is higher when breakfast is included. That could be useful on an isolated island like the Maldives or Seychelles, but isn’t necessary here. I mentioned our anniversary, but the hotel didn’t surprise us with anything. Other hotels and restaurants had given us small messages or gifts. On my last night, the cleaning staff gave me only half a skincare set, rather than the full day and night set, because I wasn’t staying another night. The service difference from the W Osaka was huge. It’s a luxurious hotel, but some practices are questionable. I wouldn’t call it five stars. I might return, but I’d consider other hotels first. For me, it’s five stars for decoration and looks, and four for service and attention.

Our family reconnected and grew closer during this stay, and we’re deeply grateful. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt beautiful and welcoming. The staff showed us impeccable kindness and care, making our experience unforgettable. We look forward to coming back.

The beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet enough for undisturbed sleep. Check-in was easy and service was exceptional. We had a nice balcony with good views, plus a spacious bathroom and huge tub. A wonderful experience!
