The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with gorgeous ocean-facing views from every room. It's a quiet spot a couple of blocks off 58, one of Okinawa's main roads. Staff were very friendly, breakfast each morning was a good start to the day, and laundry is free for longer stays. Parking is tight, so check with them if you have a rental car. The location worked well for me, about a half-mile walk along the ocean to American village and plenty of other shops and restaurants. A great place to stay on a visit to Okinawa.

Laundry and breakfast were free, which was a nice perk. The rest felt overpriced to me, though. Rooms aren't cleaned every day, I had to leave my own garbage outside, and my towels never got changed. They said daily towel changes were possible, but didn't explain clearly how to ask for one. The fridge right by the entrance was awkward to use, too. And there aren't convenience stores nearby, it's over a 10-minute walk.

The rooftop pool at sunset was the standout for me, the view was astonishing. The place is around a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from American Village, and the building looks gorgeous; stepping inside made an even bigger impression. My room was high quality with a fantastic ocean view, and the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Mr. Olivier deserves a special thanks for moving us from the 2nd floor to the 9th at no extra charge. He was interesting to talk with and knew a lot about Japanese, French, and Okinawan culture. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thanks to Mr. Bektur from Kyrgyzstan and the lovely Romanian lady for the delicious croissants. I'd absolutely stay again.

Christine and the front desk team really made the stay memorable. When I mentioned walking was difficult for me, she made sure a parking spot was reserved and passed the request along to everyone on duty. She even arranged a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean, a good size, and nice, but it was the people who made the hotel great. It's good value and well located, with easy car access to everywhere. The hotel matched what its website described, and the simple, adequate breakfast was free. Thanks for a memorable time in Okinawa. I hope to return, and definitely recommend it.
