We had five people in three bedrooms, and the place suited our needs and the area we wanted. It was thoughtfully furnished, even down to rubbish bags, and had everything we needed. The shower room was larger than it looked in the photos. The lounge opens onto a pleasant wood deck, and the place really did have seating and table settings for eight, including the extra chairs and utensils that can be missing elsewhere. It was convenient and quiet, with private off-street parking right by the front door. A nearby supermarket and breakfast spots are handy if you don't want to cook. American Village is a bit far to walk, especially in bad weather, so be ready to drive. There's free parking there. If three people share a room, keep in mind the beds are almost right against each other.
