For the price, the room was fairly clean and spacious. Communication at reception was awful, though. We asked how much a car to Narita airport would cost, but they arranged two taxis and told us the fare would be 32,000 yen. Once we reached the airport, we were charged 40,000.

Getting around is easy, with the Chiba Urban Monorail station a 5-minute walk away. The hotel gives you plenty of space, and the complimentary parking is sheltered. There’s no bellhop, but trolleys are available outside if you have a lot of bags. The room was clean and had a couch you could recline on. The wash basin and bathtub have separate faucets, and the shower was strong and hot. The bed covers didn’t breathe well and got warm after a while.

Don’t follow Google Maps’ walking directions from the monorail stop. Cut through the station, then use the stairs or elevator on the pedestrian bridge across the street. It’s only a 1-2 minute walk that way.
