8/10
For the price, this was a good value and a sensible budget pick without giving up too much comfort. The room was comfortable enough, and the hotel delivered a good stay overall. I especially liked checking in: one staff member, a cheerful and attentive man, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The friendly service and good value made the stay pleasant.

It was okay, but the room got so hot because there was no AC. I had to open the window.

Chofu station is close, and the street is quiet. The room was small, as expected, but staying here was inconvenient. They can't store your luggage before or after checkout, and sometimes there's nobody at reception.

The WiFi was weak, and I couldn't get a signal in my room. Overall, this felt like a budget hotel with lower quality than a business hotel.

It looks stylish and clean, and was fine for a night's sleep. But the WiFi and wired internet were poor, the air conditioning couldn't be controlled, and the wallpaper was damaged.
