I got free rice during my stay 😅. The room was more spacious than at other APA hotels I’ve visited, and the bed was comfortable. I was on the second floor, where the corridor was roomy too. Hakata Station is about a ten-minute walk away, though my rate was quite pricey.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and check-in and checkout were easy. They also kept our luggage for free, which was really useful. The customer service was incredible: I booked the wrong date by mistake, and they let me cancel so I could make the correct booking. Thank you!

This has been my worst hotel stay so far. The two pillow types were both hard, one even stiffer than the other. It felt like sleeping on a rock, and I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in Japan and Europe. No one at reception seemed to speak English, and the staff didn’t help, so I ended up buying my own pillow. They also seem to forget to change the sheets. Check that they’ve been changed every third day, as stated in their policy.

The room felt more spacious than the ones I’ve had at other APA hotels, and the sheets were comfortable. I could watch a movie in English, too. Breakfast was just enough for me. The restaurant staff couldn’t speak English, but they were friendly and caring.

I stayed for a week. The front desk dealt with my requests right away and was very responsive. Housekeeping was less consistent: they forgot the water during the first service, then missed the trash on the second.
