We were two people staying for about a month in November 2025, and the family room gave us loads of space. The hotel is in a quiet part of Hakata, away from the main busy streets. We had another room on our floor, but the whole stay was very peaceful with no loud noises. There was plenty of seating, including two sofas by the TV and island seating in the kitchen. The washing machine in the shower room was easy to use, as was the shower drying function. The room itself was spacious. The front staff were friendly and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they explained the room and amenities. Staff speak several languages. Even when someone on duty wasn't fluent in English, they knew enough to help, which we appreciated. We liked the free shampoo and conditioner bar near the front desk, where you can fill small containers and take them to your room. It had popular brands such as &honey. We didn't like the liquid shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The body wash left a sticky residue, and the shampoo didn't lather very well. When we checked out, we wanted to send our luggage to our AirBnB in Tokyo. Staff gave us pay-on-delivery waybills to fill out and shipped the luggage for us, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and are already planning another visit to Fukuoka in 2027. We're hoping to stay here again.

A clean, well-kept hotel in a handy location, with easy access all around. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and have a heater, air conditioner, and air purifier. The kitchen has enough supplies, and the service was great too.

After finishing my stay, I'd say the service was generally very good, apart from the rude man on my third morning. He could work on communicating things more tactfully. The rooms are a good size and well equipped for a no-frills hotel. The shower and toilet were clean and nicely designed, with a drying function in the shower area for clothes. The real problem was the very hard mattresses. The location wasn't ideal for us. The street is quiet, with no convenience stores nearby, and it felt deserted enough that we worried about finding a cab to the airport on our last day. On our final morning, though, a really polite receptionist promptly called two cabs for us. Extra kudos to him. I wish the rules for the amenities bar had been explained when we checked in on the first night. Other hotels I've stayed at didn't have a rule like that, so we didn't know and tried to break it. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the incident below. On my third morning at 7:50, a rude receptionist made a fuss because I took a shower cap before the amenities bar's allowed hours. There was no shower cap or other usual room amenity in our room, apart from a toothbrush. I'd been reusing one I'd kept from my previous hotel. He made me return it as if I were a common thief. It was a lousy experience.

We liked the little extras, especially the shampoo bar by reception, where you can fill small containers with different popular shampoos and conditioners. They also had face wash, lotion, and moisturizers, plus packed breakfast with a choice of bread or sushi rice sandwiches and finger food. Each choice came with two pieces, so we recommend getting one of each for two people to try both kinds. The kids loved the big fish tank at the entrance. Staff were friendly, and they let us leave our luggage before check-in. The room was clean and well designed, with the toilet, bathroom, and wash basin together but separated by doors. I wish it were closer to Hakata station, though it's walkable, about ten minutes from the train station. Canal City is very close, as are good motsunabe places and convenience stores. The main street has beautiful gingko trees in brilliant gold.

Our family of five loved our stay in the deluxe family room. It was clean and spacious, and the breakfast boxes were good quality. Hakata Station and Canal City shopping center were easy to get to from the hotel.
