It was okay for a short stay, and the staff were polite, but checking in to an unclean room was disappointing. The biggest hassle was having no elevator, so hauling my luggage up to the fourth floor was tough. The cleanliness and facilities, especially the lack of an elevator, need improvement.

I only gave one star because of the total lack of communication and concern for customers, which makes me wonder if the same attitude runs through the whole business. I made a mistake with my reservation dates and needed to change them. I knew they might not be able to make the change, but I expected at least a reply. Despite contacting them several times, I got none. Having no information made planning extremely difficult. Thanks for literally nothing. This review isn't about the hotel facilities.

It's a cheap, perfectly acceptable place for a night, and they provide a towel for free. The location isn't great, and the facilities aren't the latest. You'll need to pay 100 yen for a locker and for the coin-operated showers.

It felt so bad it was almost like a scam. We paid 10,600 yen for New Year's Eve, which was our fault, but this was worse than anywhere we'd stayed in Japan. The place was dirty and smelly, there were no toilets in the rooms, and showers cost extra. Please avoid this hotel.

It was very clean overall, but the beds were hard and showers cost extra, using coins. The lobby radio was on constantly. My request to turn it off was ignored, and I was refused use of the lobby television for games without much explanation.
