We stayed in January 2026, two people in a TERRACE DOUBLE ROOM. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and bars close by, and the third-floor common space was comfortable, with shared workspace and free coffee, tea, and water. Drinking water is unlimited and free, toiletries are supplied, and guests can use a shared refrigerator. Staff were very helpful, and self check-in was handy, especially if you prefer less interaction. The main door and elevator both use a PIN code. Wi-Fi is available, but signing up was awkward because you first have to download the LINE app. Luckily, the third floor had Wi-Fi so we could get it. The room had a pleasant, modern design and a nice balcony view, though it was too cold to use the balcony in January. The toilet and bath were clean and well designed. The shower area was small but manageable, and the lavatory was quite cramped for brushing teeth or washing your face. The room itself is compact too, and large luggage can get in the way, but it worked for us. The bath soap lathered really well, and hot and cold water were available. I'd definitely come back to Fukuoka and would recommend this hotel.

I spent two nights in the Terrace Double Room and three in the Penthouse Suite, and both were amazing. The rooms were beautiful, especially the Terrace and Penthouse, and the whole place had great vibes. The PIN code self check-in was simple, which helped a lot since my flight arrived late. I could go straight to my room without talking to anyone. The location is great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I also had a fun chat with another traveler in the coworking lounge, a nice little chance to meet someone. I'd happily book here again for work or a vacation, and highly recommend it for a Fukuoka visit.

We'd definitely come back if we're in the area again. After staying at different hotels around Japan, this felt like a genuinely nice, spacious double room, number 501. The hotel seems quite new, with a well-designed room and lounge. There are communal fridges with free water and bathroom necessities, plus a co-working space that also serves as the lounge. You can use the coffee machine there for free.

For roughly 7,000 yen a night, this was incredible value, and I'd gladly return at a similar price. Toiletries like combs and toothbrushes are on the 5th-floor landing where the rooms are. Slippers are provided, and fresh towels are left at your door each morning. I had a very pleasant stay at the H Hotel. The rooms are compact even by Japanese standards, but as a solo traveler, the layout worked fine with my two small suitcases. It was clean, the air conditioning and heating worked amazingly well, and I slept well despite hearing sirens when they passed. The shower is quite narrow and may be awkward for some. The Tenjin location is about as good as it gets. There's lots going on right outside, even on a weekday night, with restaurants, shops, malls, clubs, and karaoke bars nearby. Mornings are quieter and easier for walking. Tenjin subway station is about a 10-minute walk, using exit 3. If you arrive in the evening with luggage, I'd strongly suggest delivery to the hotel, since dragging suitcases through the crowds and along the sidewalks is no fun. In the morning it's manageable. I didn't meet any staff in person; everything was electronic. Check-in was on a tablet at the front, and I think the lobby is staffed on the third floor at set times, until 8pm weekdays and earlier on weekends. Check-in was the trickiest part, so write down the hotel reservation number, not just the travel agent or booking-site reference. The PIN system for the elevator and room took some getting used to. Still, given what I paid, I have no complaints.

I loved this hotel and stayed in room 509, which has a terrace. I'd spend the extra money for that room; it made the stay feel even better. The place is super clean, the amenities are beautiful, and the staff are the best. The room had everything I needed and more. There's a shared kitchen and really comfortable lounge wear for guests. You can borrow running clothes and yoga mats. I brought my own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but after trying the ones provided, I packed mine back up. It's close to everything, and I could walk wherever I needed to go. Bus stops and the subway are nearby, and taxis are easy to get. I'd recommend this hotel a thousand times and would absolutely stay again. AWESOME JOB!!!!
