A 24-hour supermarket next to the apartment was convenient, and the place was spacious. But it was a very bad stay overall. The air conditioners looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, with dust all over and a smell. The hair dryer and door frame were dusty too. There was a used pair of wet socks in the bathroom when I checked in, so I really questioned whether the room had been cleaned. The door and wall also had black mold. There was no parking available. Older reviews describe it as clean and tidy, but it seemed the owner hadn't maintained it in recent years.

The location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby and Hakata and Tenjin both walkable. There are plenty of beds and extra blankets, so it's a good fit for groups or larger families. It can get very cold in winter, though, and with only two bathrooms you need to plan carefully.

There's a SUNNY Market across the road, which is perfect for picking up food and groceries. The place is set up with basic facilities and seems well suited to family trips: two bathrooms, two shower rooms, two bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchen area. I liked that there were three rooms, each with two queen-size beds. I was a little confused by check-in, but they kindly walked me through it.

Really good value for money. There are lots of things to buy and eat, with a Sunny Mart out front and a Maxbaru Mart behind the place. It's quiet, though there is a bit of a draft from upstairs. I liked having two bathrooms, two toilets, and an elevator, and the host speaks Korean well. At exactly 3 o'clock they sent me the check-in instructions through Agoda. I'm very satisfied.
