The onsen was spacious, clean, and a good temperature. It’s open until 9 am in the morning, then from 4 pm to 1 am. My room wasn’t large, but the bed was comfortable, the heater worked well and quietly, and the place was generally quiet, so I slept well. The big Smart TV was conveniently positioned in front of the bed. There’s a 24-hour McDonald’s right outside and a Trial grocery store five minutes away. The walk from the airport with luggage felt a bit long. It’s over a 10-minute walk from the airport, but if you’re going to hakata station, there’s a bus stop just a minute away.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was good, especially the delicious curry and rice. There’s a nice onsen bath and a comfy bed. The walk from the domestic terminal is an easy, flat 10 minutes. I took the Subway to Hakata station in the evening, five minutes for ¥260.

Breakfast didn’t offer a huge range, though it was still good for the price. The room was larger than many options around Fukuoka airport at a similar price. In the triple room, the bathroom seemed almost more spacious than the sleeping area, so the layout could have been better.

We stayed here for our last day in Japan because it’s so close to the airport. The rooms were tidy and very clean, and we enjoyed breakfast too. Most of all, the reception staff were cheerful and helpful. Special thanks to Matsuo and Nakada for advice on getting to the airport and about the area.

For the price, this hotel was such a good find. The bed and pillows were actually comfortable, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.
