The staff here really went above and beyond. We got soaked when a heavy rain came on suddenly one night, and the next day they left tea and fresh towels outside our door, even though we’d slept in. The rooms were clean, and whenever we needed something, the staff were glad to help. It’s a small hotel right by Fukuoka’s entertainment district, with the city center about a 20-30 minute walk away. The service was better than at some four- or five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d pick this place again if I return to Fukuoka.

The staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Our room was quite large by Fukuoka standards, and the location was handy while staying quiet at night. The beds were a bit firm, but we still slept well. We really liked the rooms.

My room felt peaceful and was kept tidy, with a really nice bathroom. The housekeeping had an eco-friendly approach that didn’t feel stingy, and the laundry was reasonably priced at 1900 yen per bag for machine washing. The lobby had a lovely scent, too. Service was attentive and helpful, and the hotel’s central spot made it easy to get around to the places I needed to visit in Fukuoka. I’d happily stay again.

Right in the middle of everything, but it felt peaceful, almost like home. The rooms were roomy, and the staff greeted us with gentle smiles and real care. Soft jazz and a calming scent were there to welcome us. A lovely stay, thank you.

We had a spacious room with a little genkan, which was a great touch. The hotel feels new and is very eco-friendly, and the staff were all friendly. It’s close to restaurants and the city center. I’d definitely come back someday.
