There’s free self-service coffee or tea at the Level 1 reception. The hotel is tucked down an alley off the main road, but it’s easy enough to catch a bus or subway to Hakata Station and Canal City, where most of the activity is. Keep in mind that Fukuoka’s Accommodation Tax is paid directly to the hotel when you check in.

Gion Station is within walking distance, and it’s on the same line that connects the airport and Hakata Station, so getting around was easy. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived before check-in, and they stored my luggage for free while I went to explore the city. I loved my one-night stay. The room was a good size for me on my own, though it could have fit two people, and it was clean with all the advertised amenities. I had a great time in Fukuoka, such an underrated city!

The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and the counter staff were friendly. It’s an easy walk to Gion Station, on the train line to Fukuoka Airport. My room was small, but clean and cozy.

I was disappointed to find that the official website’s pajamas were actually rental gowns, so I hadn’t brought my own. Otherwise, my business trip stay was very comfortable. The room was compact but didn’t feel cramped, and I wasn’t bothered by the usual noise from neighboring rooms. It’s near the downtown area, but tucked away down an alley, so it stays quiet at night.

The room was quiet and close to the station, with space to open my suitcase. Everything looked very clean, almost brand new, and the bed was spotless. The water pressure was excellent too. Amenities were self-service, and the person at the counter seemed to be Taiwanese.
