Clean and everything worked, with free WiFi. For the money, the value is hard to beat, as long as you aren't expecting anything luxurious.

The loft made the small 1K room comfortable for two, and the price made it worthwhile. Still, it felt a little old in places, and the only amenities were towels and toothbrushes. I wished they'd at least left slippers. There was no TV, but it did have WiFi, a microwave and a two-door fridge with a freezer. They provided just the bare necessities. A 7-Eleven is about three minutes away on foot, with more things to do if you walk a bit farther. Mark Is and Ohori Park are nearby, as is Nishi Park. I recommend going there for a hamburger at Imaya. Several paid parking lots nearby made finding a space easy.

I paid under 4,000 yen a night for my two-night, three-day stay. The self check-in was a bit of a hassle, and there was no elevator, but the view was quite nice and the room suited my needs well. There's a convenience store nearby. The street was often noisy, maybe because it's a good road for motorcycles, but I was tired after my schedule and never woke up at night. The owner gave me a warm send-off at checkout, which felt nice.

I stayed here in mid-January for a concert at PayPay Dome. Since I don't know the area, I picked it mainly for easy access: it was a little over a 10-minute walk from Tojinmachi Station and about the same to PayPay Dome. I had a comfortable stay. The room felt like an apartment for one person, with enough space and facilities for a solo guest. I'd use it again if I get the chance.
