We stayed two nights, and the hotel was very clean. The only real inconvenience was that the two single beds were fixed in place and couldn’t be joined together. The room was compact, as you’d expect in Japan, but the location made up for it: under a three-minute walk to the subway, with supermarkets and lots of fast food nearby. Everything else was excellent, and it’s a good choice if you’re fine with a small room.👍

Yakuin station is nearby, with McDonald, 7-11, Toyota car rental, and a supermarket close by too. You can walk to the Tenjin shopping area in about 15 minutes. The downsides: there’s no YouTube on the room TV, the restroom bin is tiny, and no bottled water is provided.

The lobby was especially useful, with basic supplies, an ice maker, and detailed subway maps in several languages. Handy when ordering delivery and wanting ice for beer! The location is great too. I was here with a tour group, and this has been the best hotel so far. Dust in hotel rooms usually bothers my nose, but I had no trouble at all as soon as I entered this room. They even provided an air purifier.

The room was spacious and clean, and the price was below average. The building seems quite new, and it’s right in the Tenjin area.

It’s a non-smoking room, not far from yakuin station. I liked the layout, especially the sofa and table area, and there were lots of plugs and hotel amenities. The room was mostly clean, though I did find dust along the window edge. A hot bath made the bathroom fill with steam like a sauna. The buffet was 1,650 Yen/person.
