The neighbours were noisy.

The room was dirty, and the photos were wildly different from what we found, which was infuriating. There was no way to cook and no washing machine, and the management was even worse than Airbnb.

I ended up cancelling my Expedia reservation because reception and the actual hotel were in different places. The service was great on the phone, but I was told to send various items to reception, so I cancelled. It might have been easier to understand if the reception location had been clearly stated.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, which really impressed me. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but handy if you're going out for drinks.
