The bed was too small for two adults, which was the one drawback. Our room was on the second floor, with a Coway water station and laundry room. The staff gave us great service, and the location is hard to beat: Yodobashi is next door, Hakata station is right by the hotel, and there are convenience stores all around. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of malls in the station, so you don't really have to leave the area.

The room was a little small and dated, but it did the job. The location is excellent, right next to Yodabashi/Lopia and Hakata Satation, with an airport shuttle bus stop just a three-minute walk away. The staff were attentive and nice, and spoke great English. Special thanks to the pregnant employee who helped us check in on 18 December. And thanks for the birthday surprise :)

I stayed for one night from Oct 15. At check-in, I realized I'd booked a smoking room by mistake, even though I don't smoke. The guy in the gray suit at the front desk kindly offered me a non-smoking room, and I was very grateful. When I asked, he also suggested nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots. He was so nice and made the stay really fulfilling. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were nice and gave excellent service. The location is good, right next to Hakata train station for local lines and the Shinkansen, with shopping and malls all over. Definitely a good place to stay.

The room felt a little larger than a typical business hotel, and the location makes it easy to get around Hakata. I’d especially recommend it for a motorbike trip.
