The staff were friendly, but that was the only good part. The kitchen was dirty, the small rooms had old furniture, and other guests were extremely noisy with no consideration for neighbors. The walls are so thin you can hear almost everything, so there’s very little privacy. The internet was noticeably slow, and I could rarely connect well enough to do my work. This might work for a short stay, by which I mean a few weeks, but otherwise I’d avoid it. I left early because of these problems. Two stars only for the friendly staff.

The staff are nice, but noise complaints don't seem to lead to anything. During my nine months here, one neighbor was cleaning his room at 2:30 a.m. Now I've had a hardcore gamer next door for three months, yelling into voice chat until 2 a.m. I've complained about it three times already.

A well-equipped place, and a great spot to stay in Fukuoka.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean and worth it, the staff were accommodating, and there's a kitchen for cooking.

The room was a good size, and the station is nearby. Staff were friendly too.
