A good room in a good location.

Having a washer in the room was what I needed for a long work trip, and this place had one. It’s about a 14-minute walk from Hakata Station, with a convenience store right across the street and a supermarket around eight minutes away. The room had four beds, plus a kitchen, fridge, and microwave, so it seems well suited to families or groups. By myself, it felt almost too big and a little lonely, haha. I’d stay again if I get the chance. (^^)

The location was convenient, with a shrine, convenience store, and Hakata Station all nearby. I was able to rent an apartment room over the New Year holidays and spend them with friends. The room itself was uncomfortable, though. It felt like an unfinished loft, and there were spots around the TV that hadn’t been cleaned. Worst of all, the refrigerator smelled so rotten, like old blue fish left out too long, that I didn’t want to use it. I stayed on the 8th floor in January 2025.

The room was a mess, with piles of lint and hair, and it looked as if they’d only cleared away the previous guest’s trash. We’d also paid in advance to leave our luggage, but when we arrived they asked us to pay again. We waited outside in the heat for two hours while staff checked, only to learn they’d received the payment but hadn’t registered it. They refunded us for just one of those hours. It’s also a long way from Hakata Station. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.
