Yogo Zassho House

The building was new and spotless inside and out, and I stayed two nights with my dog while traveling around Kyushu. Having a washing machine in the room was especially great. We could use detergent for free, and there was a free dryer on the first floor. The owner was so kind, and I’m grateful. I liked the desk lamp so much that I bought one when I got home. I’ll probably think of this place whenever I see it. (lol)

The owner is so kind and made us feel right at home, something you don’t get at an ordinary hotel. He loves dogs and recommended some tasty dog-friendly restaurants, all with a lovely atmosphere. It’s rare to find a hotel near the station where you can stay with your dog. I’d love to go again and will definitely stay here again.

The owner was incredibly kind, and I enjoyed the delicious restaurants around the property without needing to go far. There’s a convenience store right outside, and Hakata is about a 10-minute drive away. The room was clean and spacious, with great facilities including a washing machine and dryer. I had a very comfortable stay.

The owner was friendly and speaks good Korean. He even gave me two packets of Japanese instant ramen because I arrived on time. There’s a Lawson right across the way, plus quiet, affordable izakayas nearby. The atmosphere is peaceful, which I’d recommend. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the train station right out front has service to Hakata and Tenjin. My room was spacious, with a bunk bed and large table. There’s no underfloor heating, so it may get cold in winter, but you can adjust the ceiling heater.
