The breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant served fresh, really good food. There's also a hot bath, plus laundry is completely free. From 2 pm, guests can help themselves to juice and wine, and the staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is seriously underrated. I'll stay here every time I'm back in Furano.

We made good use of the free laundry and enjoyed the complimentary drinks and wine tasting. The public bath was lovely, since our room didn't have a bathtub. Our room itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a night after traveling from the Biei area. Breakfast had lots of high-quality choices, and everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is available a short walk away. A fantastic option near Furano, and one I'd happily recommend.

It was easy to walk to plenty of restaurants from the hotel, and the Furano Ski Resort is also close by. In snowboard boots, the walk takes about 10 minutes. They also run a free shuttle to and from the ski resort and Furano Station. The rooms are clean, new, and very nice. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, and I enjoyed the public bath. Free laundry is available too. We'd be glad to come back to Furano and stay here again.

I spent a week at Winery Hitohana Hotel with my daughter, and we were so happy with our stay. The chef made amazing meals, and the rooms are large. Everyone on staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. There was free wine tasting each afternoon, complimentary shuttles to both ski fields, and free use of the washers and dryers. I highly recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the amenities were nice. The staff were great, too. We enjoyed the free wine tasting every afternoon. You can book the free shuttle around Furano as long as you arrange it a day ahead.
