The dinner and breakfast buffets were the highlight, and the extra cost felt worthwhile. There aren't many nearby places to eat, especially after 18:00, so I'd recommend booking both. The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. We also appreciated the free drinks and snacks in the lobby, and the large ofuro, including a rotenburo that switches between men's and women's use each day. We stayed one night in two rooms for three people. Our ocean-side room looked out over the sea, and both rooms were clean and regular in size. When the toilet reservoir in one room kept dripping, staff came with a handyman and had it fixed within 20 minutes. That was a big help, especially since the noise could have been annoying at night. A very good stay.

A place worth staying for the Pacific Ocean view, the spa, and the food. The food was at an international standard, with bonito Tataki, Indian and Mexican cuisine, and Beegan food, all to a satisfying level.

The rest of the facilities were pleasant, and Ms Kasai really tried to help by translating my messages to her booking manager and explaining the bedding arrangements. The check-in itself, though, was an unfortunate experience. For the first room, I booked four futons for two adults and two children, but only two sets were ready. Staff initially refused to provide the pillow and mattress covers for the other two, saying children booked through the all accor app don't get bedding. After about an hour, I showed them the booking confirmation and they agreed to make an exception. My other booking was for two adults and one child, with two single beds and two futons. No futon was provided at check-in. After a lot of discussion, they agreed to provide just one extra futon. I hope the hotel can clarify whether it should provide the bedding shown on the booking confirmation.

The hotel was comfortable, though outdated, and the breakfast was fantastic. We also had helpful staff when we needed access to the spa area for laundry.
