Dinner was amazing, and I loved the outdoor foot onsen overlooking the city. The staff were so helpful when we arrived on a rainy day. They came out with an umbrella for each of us, then handed us towels right away when we carried our luggage inside. One young staff member was eager to help carry our heavy bags up a few steps. I felt bad because I'm much bigger than her and my bags were heavy.

We were surprised to watch fireworks outside during our one-night stay. The dinner was well organized and we enjoyed it a lot. The surroundings were neat, tidy and comfortable.

I was worried about eating here because I'm vegetarian, and by email the staff said they couldn't do anything for me. Once I arrived, though, they were very helpful and had no problem serving me vegetarian food. The hotel was beautiful, the baths were great, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. I was very pleased with my stay.

The service was great and the hotel itself is quite nice. The facilities are getting old, though. The simple glass windows let cold air into the corridor and even the onsen, which wasn't great when trying to shower a baby.
