The rooms were modern, clean, cool, and had great views. The staff, including the spa staff, were friendly and helpful, though massages cost a bit more than other places in town. If your room is near the pool, expect to hear kids until it closes at 9 p.m. I usually stay at the “H” Brand hotels in Okinawa, but their rates were outrageous this time. I hadn't heard of this place and was unsure at first, but other people's reviews convinced me to try it. Laundry was a hassle. There are only three washer-dryer machines for the whole hotel, and when I checked between 8 p.m. and 3 a.m. before my flight, they were always in use. The restaurant had a fair amount of variety, but the Hawaiian-themed dinners that week got old after three nights. There's no bar for having a drink with friends. You can order from the meal menu, but my simple mojito took about 10 minutes and tasted like club soda and mint, with no rum. At $9, it was pricey. This isn't the place for an evening buzz. I'd stay again for the room only, without relying on the other amenities. Since it's a newer hotel, I imagine rates may eventually go up as more people hear about it.

The staff were wonderful and helped us with everything. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the views from a high floor were amazing. It's in a quiet spot where you can enjoy the sea and some peace. A 30-minute bus ride takes you to the busy streets of Naha to explore. I'd love to come back. 10/10 ❤️

The hotel was excellent, with kind staff, spotless rooms, and impressive facilities. But a taxi ride they arranged for us left a bad impression. The driver told my father to “shut up” in Japanese, which was offensive and very unpleasant. I confronted him in Japanese after we got out. He apologized quickly and rushed off. Someone who treats customers that way doesn't seem fit to represent the hotel. It was a deeply disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful trip.

The Club Lounge was lovely, and I spent about half my time there. With the private infinity pool, outdoor space, and food and drinks available, I hardly needed to leave the club floor. The service staff were the best.
