The kitchenette looked useful, but there wasn't a plate or spoon in the room. My daughter picked up a cheap set and lent me some silverware. When I asked, staff did find a bowl, plate, and large kitchen knife, but having to buy pots and pans defeats the point of a kitchenette. The room itself was clean and modern, and the location was okay. Three of the four employees I spoke with were good. The older man among the three male staff members I dealt with was unpleasant and wouldn't help. This also felt more like an extended-stay condo than a regular hotel, and check-in was a real problem. They couldn't accommodate my late arrival, and my daughter could only check in for me with her own credit card, despite my authorization and being available the next morning. It took four days to sort out. Nobody was around before 11 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I'd give it about three and a half stars. Some of these frustrating issues could have been easily fixed.

The rooms are on the small side, though the full bed was nice. With a 7/11 just around the corner, the location is great. Seems like a good place for one person or a couple to get away.

The location worked really well for me, but the stay was disappointing. The front desk worker wasn't there when we arrived to check in. He was covering two Mr. Kinjo locations because the other one was short-staffed. The WiFi was practically unusable at 0.85 megabytes per second, while my mobile data was about 20 times faster. Do better.

I paid for a reservation with a 1 a.m. check-in, but found the entrance shut when I got there. Nobody answered the phone, so I ended up spending the night in my car. They should clearly explain in advance if check-in isn't possible at that hour. By accepting my booking, they kept me from arranging another hotel, which was really inconvenient. It showed a complete lack of professionalism.
