Smile Hotel Hacinohe

It’s an excellent hotel for this price range. The building isn’t new, but everything is clean and they have what you need. Breakfast was good, and the front desk service was good too. The public bath is small, but when I went in the morning there was nobody there, so it was good enough.

This hotel is so bad, they didn’t give me a room. Don’t go there.

It wasn’t anything special, but the price was cheap and the place was clean, so it was enough for me. The facilities were relatively clean, and the interior was nice. The room was a standard business hotel room, just right. The front desk had various amenities, and I thought the service was good, including the free coffee.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, but this was the first time I had an unpleasant experience because of one front desk staff member. The issue turned out to be the hotel’s fault, though it wasn’t anything serious. When I went to the front desk to ask about it calmly, the staff member interrupted me and acted suspiciously. It was the worst experience I’ve had. They didn’t smile at all when I checked in and seemed bored with their work. I know this was just one staff member, but I was finishing work and only wanted to relax, so the whole thing made me uncomfortable.
