It’s about a 15m walk out of town, but the hotel shuttle goes out of its way to take you where you need to go. The reception staff were all lovely and helped with everything. The gentleman driving the shuttle on the morning of 25/01/2026 was especially nice. He took us to another bus terminal so we could avoid taxi fees.

I had a small accident during my stay, and the staff took me to the hospital and handled everything with so much care and professionalism. Their hospitality was outstanding. A truly wonderful stay, 10/10!

The front desk staff were super friendly, and there was some amazing food close by. The place also made getting around easy with shuttles, taxis, and rentals. I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

Good value for money, with friendly staff and spacious family rooms that had all the amenities. The large restaurant serves delicious buffet meals for breakfast and dinner, both highly recommended. There’s also a traditional-style public bath, a nice extra when the room has only a small bath. A shuttle goes to the slopes, or it’s 10min by car.

The Onsen, or public hot bath, was a great way to relax after skiing. There’s also ping pong, billiards, a bar, parties, and free shuttles everywhere. Free laundry was a fantastic bonus, too. The room was warm and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the location worked well. The staff were awesome, super friendly, and helpful. Love everything about this hotel. THANK YOU!! ARRIGATO!! Can’t wait to come back!
