Ryokan Miyuki

The steak was nice.

I stayed at the inn in the end, but they never even apologized. The futons were quite dirty, and there were no towels, toothbrushes, tissues, or other amenities. Before that, the website said a shuttle from Hakuba Station was available. When I asked about it, they denied offering one and said the website didn’t say that. Later, I saw that the “Shuttle service available” wording had been removed. If you’re thinking of staying here, I’d look for another inn, even if it costs a little more.

The phone service and customer care were the worst. Especially the woman ^_^, she yelled at me over the phone.

A room without meals was 6,500 yen. They didn’t provide towels, toothbrushes, or even tissues. ^_^; There’s a drying room in the basement for skis and other gear, but the racks are awkward to use and it isn’t clear where the boots should go. It’d be handy if you could park near Happo Gondola Station.
