I stayed for ten days with my wife and our five-month-old son while attending a conference. The breakfast was nice, with a huge variety, and there were plenty of amenities for guests, including bottled water. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the soundproofing. We were on the 14th floor, but at times I could hear noise from outside or other rooms. We enjoyed our stay and I’d come back if I return to Hamamatsu.

I’ll likely stay here again when I’m back in Hamamatsu. The location was great, right by the castle, which I could see from my window. Parking was free and there was plenty of it, and I got an adorable souvenir on the way out. The place is a bit older, but in a warm, mature way that I liked. It didn’t feel futuristic or sterile. Our tour group had stayed at many hotels, and we all thought this was the worst of them. The rooms were extremely small, so you had to walk through them single file. I’d tell the tour group not to use this hotel again.

Such a great place to stay. The rooms were a little small, but the function room was the very best. The staff were really helpful, and the buffet had a great selection of food.
