Hotel Sui Hamamatsu

The bed and Western-style pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. This modern, spacious business hotel is great value, a short walk from the station and close to plenty of amenities. The complimentary happy hour and snacks were great, and the breakfast buffet looked good too. I had a very pleasant stay, would highly recommend it, and would definitely come back. Thank you.

We stayed in January and were very pleasantly surprised by the free happy hour followed by dinner. For the price, this is easily the best value hotel in the region. I can absolutely recommend it.

The staff made our stay unforgettable. Every person we met was kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful, and their warm hospitality made us feel welcome. When we left, they surprised us with traditional Japanese gifts, including a beautiful fan, and a special farewell ritual where they struck stone and wood to make sparks for good luck on our journey. That was unique and touching, and we won't forget it. Hotel SUI Hamamatsu was our best hotel experience in Japan, and we couldn't have been happier. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Our room was much larger than rooms we usually find in Japan, clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower and bathroom were excellent, sparkling clean, well ventilated, and fitted with shower heads that worked wonderfully. Even small touches, like the hairdryer stored neatly in a cabinet, showed how much care goes into things. The hotel's laundry service was another highlight. The machines were clean, well maintained, and easy to use, which was very convenient during our trip. We were impressed by every detail and will stay here again on our next visit to Hamamatsu. This will always be our first choice, and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

The hotel's lovely, and I really enjoyed my time here. Breakfast wasn't great for me since I mainly eat sweet things in the morning and there weren't many options. If you prefer a salty breakfast, you may like it more. The location is great, and they have a good drink happy hour from 5pm to 6.30pm, plus one very good free dish at 7pm.
