Even if the karaoke room is elsewhere, late at night you can hear every song clearly through the walls. The sound carries terribly.

Booking over the phone is handy. The room was clean and roomy, though there wasn't a TV in the bathroom. I couldn't find a body sponge there; maybe there was one in the washroom? The washroom also lacked a chair, which was a bit inconvenient.
The food selection was broad, and the hash browns were really good. The bathroom was spacious, though I did miss having bath salts. I took the free-time option and could unwind from the morning right through to 11 PM. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. I'd definitely recommend it.
The room, amenities, and cleanliness were all good, and the price was great. I paid under 8,000 yen for a weekday evening through lunchtime the following day. You need to get a key from the staff member at the front desk, and you're quite likely to cross paths with other guests. I'd stay here again.
There's plenty of parking, the price is good, and somehow there are usually spots here even when places nearby are full. I'd choose it over the place next door. The entrance road is really bumpy, though. A car with low clearance would probably scrape.
