(Stayed here in 2019) I want to echo what my sister said: the place really is super, just like its name. We were surprised and grateful when they told us they'd upgraded our rooms for free because better rooms were available. Reception was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. It’s an easy walk to the train station and a cute mall for relaxed shopping and dining. We used the hotel as a base to explore north and south, taking trains to Hikone castle, Nagahama's Kurokabe, and even Omihachiman's La Collina. I love this area and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. It also seemed to have an environmental focus, which was nice to see from a hotel. As Americans who speak limited Japanese, we found it easy to stay here. Thank you! ❤️

The rooms are small by American standards, but the daily breakfasts are outstanding!!! I'd stay here again next time I'm in Hikone. Thanks to the staff for helping someone who doesn't speak the language. I really appreciated it.

No complaints at all. The room was clean and comfortable, there were lots of amenities, and the shower was powerful with an easy-to-set temperature. The staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. It's amazing they offer all that, including a buffet breakfast, for under ¥8000 for two guests. I've stayed in awful places that charged three times as much. Five stars for this business hotel!

The reception desk was kind and helpful, breakfast was generous and delicious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a cute mall with relaxed shopping and dining. It also makes a good base for exploring north and south. We took the train to Hikone castle, Nagahama's Kurokabe, and even Omihachiman's La Collina. I love this area and would recommend the hotel to visitors.
