The room was quite large for a Japanese hotel, and everything was very clean. There’s a tiny fridge, but it wasn’t switched on when I arrived. Breakfast runs from 7am-9am, and checkout is at 10. The bed is hard, and I’m personally not a fan of the traditional sandbag-style pillows. Staff were pretty friendly, and there’s lots of parking once you work out how to get in.

I found the room very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a spacious free parking lot, which was handy. Hita Station is nearby, and just across National Route 386 are some of Hita’s well-known restaurants. Convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Lawson are about a 3-minute walk away, so shopping is easy. You can get around on foot in about 10-15 minutes. I stayed in a non-smoking room on a Saturday. It was ¥7,500 for the night, a little less on weekdays. (^〜^) (￣▽￣) (^〇^) (^o^)/

The bed was a little better than the ones at the cheap hotels I usually choose, and the staff were friendly. I booked that same day and paid 7200 yen, about 20% more than other guests. They advertise free breakfast, but there’s none on Sundays or public holidays because the dining hall is closed. I find that irritating and think they should stop advertising it that way. Parking is free, which makes sense since the hotel isn’t right by the station.
