The public bath was decent, and I enjoyed the massage. There’s a free drink vending machine and an amenity corner just for shampoo. Service was surprisingly good, around the middle to upper end for a typical business hotel. The only awkward part is the unusual layout joining two buildings, though it’s bearable. I’ve heard the breakfasts are good because nannies cook everything, unlike at other business hotels. Too bad I didn’t try it.

Amazing staff and a great location. The pillows were rough, though the rest of the room was okay.

We stayed one night in a Japanese-style room in the second building, with a pretty large tatami room. Check-in was smooth and the staff were courteous. The public bath in the first building was okay, and guests can use a free bike. The free parking filled up by around 7pm. For anyone wondering, AEON/Max Value is a 24hr supermarket a couple of minutes away on foot. It looked like a popular hotel for business travelers.

The staff were dedicated and very helpful. I loved the complimentary tea and coffee, the sofas, and that incredible buffet breakfast. I’ll never forget it!
