There isn't a lift to the second floor, so you have to haul your luggage up to those rooms.

The restaurant is worth a visit if you'd rather not head out, and breakfast was good. It's a straightforward business hotel with clean rooms and everything you need. The staff were really kind and gave us a bigger room because we had bikes.

During my 4-day stay, the staff were warm and the facilities were well maintained. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. They even booked a bus ticket to Tokyo for me and called to check that I had reached the departure point on time. The service made the stay worth the cost.

The bed was big enough, though the bathroom could have been a bit larger for Europeans. The place was clean, and the staff courteous. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

I stayed here while cycle touring Japan. The staff gave wonderful service, and the place was nice and clean. Breakfast got my day off to a good start. May 5th 2016.
