Ayunokaze

We wanted a cozy stay with in-room dining and an open-air bath, and this place fit. It took a while to get there, but being up on a hill made it quiet, with amazing views and fresh air. The bath was the right temperature and felt so good I kept getting back in. There was plenty of food, but it was all tasty enough that I finished it even after walking around. The staff were considerate and got the level of service just right. I was really satisfied.

The owner and staff were thoughtful and made the whole place feel relaxing, talking with us along the way. My husband and I came over a long weekend to unwind, and this inn with an open-air bath and in-room dining was just what we wanted. The room was very clean and spacious, and even had an air purifier. We could use the bath whenever we wanted, and the view from it was great, so we enjoyed it several times. Dinner was generous and surprisingly good value, with fresh fish and all the Izu foods we wanted to try. Breakfast was tasty too. Thanks for a comfortable stay from start to finish. We’d definitely like to visit again (^^).

The hilltop view from the bath is amazing. My only disappointment was that when I opened the window to get that open-air bath feel, the smell of cigarettes came in. I guess smoking is allowed on the balcony.

The room had an air dog, and the air felt really clear. Dinner was delicious too, with lots to choose from, including seafood, meat, and desserts. The cypress open-air bath was especially nice.
