10/10
The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and it was clean and comfortable. Everyone on the hotel staff was friendly, especially Ms Lee. She speaks English really well and was so helpful and kind, as were the other people at reception. It feels like a very guest-friendly hotel. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

10/10
The rooms were really spacious and clean, the bath area was lovely with an outdoor onsen, and breakfast was great. For our group of six, including one child, a night with breakfast cost a little over 8,000 yen per person, so it was really affordable. There’s a pool too, though for some reason balls and tubes aren’t allowed. I’d definitely stay again. For dinner, we went to Sononi, a really nice izakaya about a 15-minute walk away. We liked it a lot, and it worked out cheaper than eating dinner at the hotel.

The service was great, and the rooms were very clean and large, laid out like apartments with kitchens.
